Dimensional inspection
First-off parts are approved before each production run, with further checks during manufacturing at a stable temperature in our climate-controlled workshop.
Documentation
To meet your requirements: certificates of conformity, first-off inspection reports, material certificates, dimensional inspection records, First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation and initial sample (EI) documentation.
Confidentiality
A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) can be signed before any drawings are exchanged. Your documents are then accessible only to those who need them and are never shared with a third party without your consent.
